What we are

Meritalien exists to make exceptional talent borderless — making it dramatically easier for exceptional people to move across countries, and eventually helping companies move exceptional talent across borders as well.

We believe exceptional people should be able to go where they can create the most value. Today, geography creates enormous friction between the talent that exists and the opportunity that exists.

What we are not

• Not a job portal. We are not trying to become a global jobs marketplace.
• Not a generic immigration company. We are not focused on tourist, family or student immigration, or on every possible category.
• Not simply a relocation company. Relocation is one component of mobility, not the category.

The core question

How do we make it easier for exceptional talent to go from where they are to where they want to be?

Who this is for

Founders, researchers, engineers, scientists, creators, designers, artists, academics, operators and business leaders. The definition is intentionally broader than a particular visa. You don't need to already qualify for an extraordinary-talent route. You may be qualified, potentially qualified, building toward qualification, or simply operating at a level where international mobility is highly relevant.
