Pricing
What it costs, in full.
One fee per route, per person, published before you speak to anyone. No hourly billing, no starting-from, and nothing added later.
Every route we run
Thirty routes. Every fee on the page.
Pick the route you are looking at. The government's charge sits beside ours so you can see which part of the bill is which.

Government figures shown are the authority's published charge for the main applicant and exclude the optional premium-processing fee, translations, medical examinations, language testing and credential assessments, which are third-party costs and quoted with the case. Where a figure depends on the post or the facts, the cell says so rather than printing a number.
How we price
One number, and it does not move.
What our fee covers
- The route assessment: which classification the record actually supports, and which it does not.
- The evidence map: what each criterion needs, what you already have, and what has to be built before filing.
- The petition letter and the exhibit index — the argument, and the document that makes the argument checkable.
- The supporting letters and the consultation: identifying the right writers and running that process end to end.
- Filing: the forms, the sequencing, the deadlines, and the coordination with the licensed professionals who file.
The scope of a case, including what happens if the government asks for more evidence, is set out in the engagement terms you sign before any work starts. An RFE response on a case we did not prepare is the one line priced separately above.
What the government's fee covers
| Form I-129, O petition — regular petitioner (more than 25 US employees) | $1,055 |
|---|---|
| Form I-129, O petition — small employer or nonprofit | $530 |
| Form I-140 — paper filing | $715 |
| Form I-140 — online filing | $665 |
| Asylum Program Fee — regular petitioner | $600 |
| Asylum Program Fee — small employer or self-petitioner | $300 |
| Form I-907, premium processing (optional) | $2,965 |
| Form I-539, change of status (e.g. an O-3) | $470 |
Two worked totals. An O-1A at $9,000 plus premium processing is $12,795 all in. An EB-1A at $13,500 plus premium processing is $17,480. Subtract $2,965 from either if you do not need a guaranteed decision window.
Questions this raises
The ones people actually ask.
How is the fee set?
Per route, per person, and published here. The market for this work spans from a document service to a top-tier firm, and the spread is wide enough that most quotes are not comparable to each other. We publish one number sitting in the middle of that range and we hold to it, which means the number you read here is the number you pay.
Do you charge more if the case turns out to be complicated?
No. The published fee is the fee. Where a route is genuinely priced by the record rather than by the route, the table says quoted rather than printing a number we would have to revise later.
What are the government fees for?
They are paid to the government, not to us, and we do not mark them up. In the United States that is the form itself — Form I-129 for an O-1, Form I-140 for an EB-1 or EB-2 — the Asylum Program Fee that attaches to those forms, and Form I-907 if you want a decision inside a guaranteed window. Elsewhere it is the authority's charge: the Home Office, IRCC, the Department of Home Affairs, Immigration New Zealand. Those amounts change, so confirm them against the authority before you file.
Is premium processing worth it?
It is optional and it costs $2,965. It does not change whether you are approved; it converts an open-ended wait into a guaranteed adjudicative action window, most often 15 business days. If your start date is fixed it is usually the cheapest part of the whole exercise. If nothing depends on the timing, skip it.
What happens if my case is refused?
The decision is the government's, and our fee pays for the work rather than the outcome. We do not guarantee approvals, and we do not publish an approval rate we have not measured.
Is the fee different if my company pays?
No. The route fees are per case and they do not change because a company is paying. Companies moving several people, or with a standing need, are quoted separately, and that is on the For companies page.
