Disclosures

Everything we would otherwise repeat on every page, in one place.

We are not a law firm

Meritalien is a talent mobility company. We do not practise law, we do not provide legal advice, and nothing on this site creates an attorney–client relationship. Where a matter requires legal advice it goes to licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.

Everything here is general information, not advice about your situation

Pathway descriptions, requirements, processes and criteria are orientation material. Immigration outcomes depend on facts specific to an individual, on how criteria are being read at the time of adjudication, and on discretion that cannot be predicted from a website.

We do not guarantee outcomes

Approval decisions rest with government agencies. Anyone who guarantees you an approval is either misinforming you or selling you something.

We will not help you misrepresent anything

No fabricated achievements, no manufactured evidence, no misstated records. Beyond being wrong, misrepresentation carries consequences that long outlast the application. Every opportunity we surface is a genuine programme with a genuine selection process.

Criteria, fees and processing times change

Immigration rules change, sometimes with little notice and sometimes with retroactive effect. Anything that matters should be confirmed against the relevant authority's current published guidance, or through a licensed professional.

Figures

Company figures describe the business we are building and are updated as the business changes.

Third-party links

We link to external sources. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

Corrections

If something here is inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it. We would rather hear about it early than late.
