What we cannot do
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We cannot tell you whether you qualify for a visa, whether a case will be approved, or what an officer will decide. Anyone who offers you a guarantee is either misinforming you or selling you something.
Your data
If you have written to us and want your message deleted, ask and we will delete it. If you use the plugin, nothing you type is stored, so there is nothing to delete on our side.

We read everything. Replies usually take a few working days.
